Sizzle the Missile!

This would be my new project! Sizzle the Missile! AND she is a missile!
However, she does not think water is fun! Don't worry Uncle Kirby will teach her and if not Emma and Maddie Grace sure will!
The wind is hard on a girls ears and the sand got in her eye so she had to squint!
This is my bone, mommy said so, now GIVE IT!
I dont know what happen, mom was watering the garden and I was helping and the BY ACCIDENT the sprayer ended up in my mouth. (by the way it took us a good 10 minutes to get away from her!! Bad dog)
Uncle Kirb teaching me the fine art of chewing. He was such a good boy, he let her climb all over him. Notice in the left hand corner, Toni on couch...she said it was Kirby's turn to watch 'The Missile'
She is very cute, and I am sure she will be great fun to show when the time comes!

Brothers!

Everyone should have a brother, well maybe not everyone! While we were in Washington, I begged, actually demanded Bob and Karen to let us come over and see Parker, who is Kirby's brother. I showed Parker when he was a baby, he was the first to finish his championship and the easiest by far to finish. Parker and Kirby could not be more different, although we love both the same. Here is a picture of the two boys together, probably for the last time, as Parker was diagnosed with a very bad type of bone cancer. They were very good with eachother and seemed to be happy to see eachother.

I am so thankful that Karen and Bob let us come over and see him. Parker was very happy to see us and was so excited to play show dog, its funny how they never forget!
I will have to see if I can find the baby pictures of Parker, he like the rest were so cute!

Happy 2nd Anniversary

Anthony and I celebrated our second Anniversary on August 2nd! We had so much to celebrate this year! First that we were happy and healthy, and secondly that we were going to have a new edition in our lives. I wasn't feeling the best but refused not to go on our planned trip to Chicago! We did however, cancel our dinner reservations at a VERY fancy and expensive restaurant! At that point I was still pretty much on a hunger strike so I felt I wouldn't enjoy it, plus our reservations werent until 9pm and my bedtime was about 7:30pm! I was very sad we had to cancel as it was something Anthony really wanted to do, but I knew I couldn't do it! Here are some pictures from our trip.

This is a T-Rex named Sue. She is the first complete T-Rex Skeleton ever found. She will reside forever at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago.
This was a beautiful fountain we walked to.
The original Chicago Stock exchange!
This is Millienium Park, it was really cool and tons of people were there!
Where we went to dinner! I had been to the one in Washington before, but Anthony had never been to one before. We had a good time and I even ate something, woohoo!
Of course we had to stop by the Ritz!
The Drake Hotel, very famous!
This water was freezing! I dont know why I thought it would be warm, lets just say I would have froze if we went swimming!
Oh, and lastly this is the crop duster I rode on to get to Chicago. Oh yes, a little 8 seater, propeller plane. Needless to say I didn't get sick!

Soooo much!!

Ok so it has been over a month since I have blogged, but so much has happened! First, the main reason I haven't blogged is that I haven't felt up to it....why, you ask?? Well, Anthony and I are very happy to announce that we are having a BABY!! Yikes, I know!!! I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and am hoping that I will be feeling better these days! Next we took at trip to Washington and we drive like we had planned, WOW, can I just say it was a long, long way!! More to come on our Washington trip. We had a great time and we were happy to be home and with family!

Last night was the first time I have spent any time in the garden in about 6 weeks. It was so hot and I felt like crap, so Anthony took over garden management and can I just say, he did a FABULOUS job. While my plants are starting to give up for the summer, most of them produced quite a bit and we are very pleased with our harvests!

I am sure I will spend the next week are so trying to fill everyone in on whats been going on! Don't worry I am back and hopefully going to get back into blogging everyday!
