Another Meatless Monday survived! This was good, but alittle spicy. It was steamed rice with a ton of veggies sauteed in Anthony's special asian sauce, topped with sprouts. Very good.
I had a very busy day, worked from 7am to 3:30pm, then came home went to the bank and the grocery store, then home again to do clean house, do laundry and play with the dogs all while Anthony made dinner. Now I am super tired, but really want to stay up and watch the Cardinals game. Don't think this is going to happen.
It is suppose to pour later this week, which was unfortunately when I was going to put my plants in the ground. We will have to see what happens. I need to go to the garden center to get some phosphorus for my peas. They seem to be struggling a little in the ground, I think it is because the bed they are planted in is filled with clay and gravel, not ideal but the best I had to work with. A little phosphorus and I think they will be fine.

Can Anthony come and live with me....I need someone to cook for me after a long day of work and I still have a ton of things to do around the yard and house.....and still have to cook dinner and lets not mention the dogs being out of control wild! PLEASE......
